Bikini Photo Contest

Participants must do the following:

Until 11:59 PM (EDT) June 7, 1999, participants may enter the Bikini Photo Search Contest after reading the following OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES from Bikini Photo Contest online (http://www.bikiniphotocontest.com/rules.html). NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED.

To enter girls to be candidates for the contest, you must be 18 years of age or older, and to be a candidate, you must be a female, 18 years of age or older.

All candidate image entries must be e-mailed or mailed. E-mail your electronic image(s) in the ".gif" or ".jpg" file format along with your name, address, city, state, zip code, age, phone number and e-mail address to [email protected]. Remember, no image may be entered more than one (1) time. Mail your photos to A&B Enterprises, P.O. Box 13685, Tallahassee, FL 32317 (Acceptable sizes are: 4X6 through 8X10). (Printed, Laser printed, and Photo copied pictures will not be accepted)

Entry images must be original, unpublished, unproduced creation and may not have won any other award and not be subject to any rights of any other parties. Entry images must not be obscene, nor can it defame or invade the privacy of any person living or deceased or otherwise infringe upon any persons personal or proprietary rights. Entries not complying with these and other requirements contained in these rules will be subject to disqualification. Entrants may enter a maximum of 12 images per year (average of one image entry per month) during the contest. All contest entries must be received by June 7, 1999 to be part of the official contest judging.

WHO CAN ENTER

This contest is open globally to those 18 years of age or older who have access to the World Wide Web on the Internet. Not eligible to enter are employees and their immediate families of Bikini Photo Contest and/or A&B Enterprises and any Internet access providers, their divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. This contest is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Participants agree that the Bikini Photo Contest, its affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of the prizes awarded.

By entry into this contest, participants consent to the use of their name, and/or image entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. A&B Enterprises reserves right to verify eligibility qualifications of winner. By entering this contest, entrants may receive marketing materials from Bikini Photo Contest at a future date. No correspondence, including e-mail, will be entered into by Bikini Photo Contest. Entrant must include all entry data as requested above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements.

Neither Bikini Photo Contest or Internet access providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information by subscribers, including but not limited to technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, entry materials that have been tampered with, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, or entries that are late, lost, damaged, or misdirected. If, in the judges opinion, there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest, the judges reserve the right to terminate the contest and determine the remaining winners based on judging the entries that are received online, or by mail up until the point of online contest termination.

JUDGING

All submitted images will be judged based on the following criteria: Photographic Creativity ( of Pose, Style, and Background of Image)- (50%), Bikini- ( 20% ), Overall Quality of Photo- ( 30% )

If an entered image scores 70% of the possible 100 points or higher, the image will be included as a qualified candidate located in the Bikini Photo Contest Qualified Contestants Section. Which will be put into the archives for that contest month. Winners of each month will be put together for a yearly contest in with we will contact you can ask for a New Photo Entry For The Yearly Contest. Once again the contest will be judged in the same way as the above judging follow.Should One of the yearly canadates not send in a new photo( for yearly contest ) to submit to Bikini Photo Contest with in the acceptance period that contestant will be DISQUALIFIED!

All entries become the property of the A&B Enterprises and will not be returned. A photo entry will be judged only one time during the month in which the entry was received, afterwards being disqualified for next month's contest. A&B Enterprises reserves all rights to the content of the entry and may use, publish, market, adapt, edit or reproduce for any use on the A&B Enterprises web site and/or TV broadcast network station.

Judging will be conducted once per month by A&B Enterprises.( Senior Members ). A&B Enterprises judging decisions are final on matters relating to this contest. The A&B Senior Members will be the only individuals authorized to read, evaluate and score the entries. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail and e-mail beginning on or about June 7, 1999.

PRIZES

Participants choosing only to vote for candidates will not be awarded any prizes. Your participation is free and it will be a labor of love voting for the A&B Enterprises contestants.

Any single image entry may only win a prize once. Participants with a qualified image entry that is elected by A&B Enterprises voting participants to receive the following:

$50 Cash Prize

Total value of prizes = $50 . Any tax on a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. If any prize winner cannot accept their prize, then the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
